"WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE EVER. Caitlyn is completely AWOL. They mis-wrote my policy to be in my step father's name instead of the family trust. Upon my mother's death, updating myself as Trustee was a clown show. Then when I sold the house on 9/3/25 and told them to cancel my policy, they refused to cancel the policy on the house. Still as of 10/22 they are holding my refund hostage."
