"WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE EVER. Caitlyn is completely AWOL. They mis-wrote my policy to be in my step father's name instead of the family trust. Upon my mother's death, updating myself as Trustee was a clown show. Then when I sold the house on 9/3/25 and told them to cancel my policy, they refused to cancel the policy on the house. Still as of 10/22 they are holding my refund hostage."

"Called Caitlyn Whitford's offices in Vegas, and Noah Singer helped me out lickedy split. I've always payed no-nonsense liability at Geico, but called them out of curiosity. Bing Bang Boom, in like 30 minutes I had Geico dropped, and a new policy with Noah for UNDER A QUARTER of what I was paying Geico for the last 6 years. I'm astonished, grateful, and feeling old because I just got excited over insurance for the first time in my life haha! These are high praises for this specific office, but this is also a condemnation of Geico. Geico doesnt care about poor people. Noah does not endorse this message. Regardless, Noah is my Robin Hood. He, swiftly and proficiently, helped give me back money that I'm gonna use to exist easier in these financially cruel times. Find yourself a Noah in every corner of your life!"
